
This series of classes will focus on the breath as one component of traditional yoga practice.
“No matter your physical condition or limitation of movement, you can participate in this class. Through sitting in chairs (and some standing movements), we will be able to bring all of our focus to the breath. Breathwork can be very energetic, no matter how much your body moves. It is available to all.”
