Take the afternoon off. Rest the body, rest the mind, and connect to what is real and true in the present moment. Spend four hours with admirable friends as we step out of the busyness of our lives, refresh and renew ourselves, and open our hearts. Our activities will include Guided Meditation, silent meditation, walking meditation and a Dharma talk.
Meditation experience is not required. There is no charge to attend, but there will be an opportunity to make a donation to the Center.
Eating only a light lunch will help you stay alert during the periods of sitting meditation.
Comfortable chairs are provided. If you prefer to sit on the floor, please bring your own blankets and zafus.
